Insurance

I am not a preferred provider for any insurance company and therefore, do not bill insurance. However, if your insurance allows out-of-network benefits, you may be able to independently submit receipts of payment for insurance reimbursement. Many of my clients have had success with this. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your coverage prior to scheduling with me. You may be asked to provide the following info:

• Common CPT codes: 90791 (initial visit) & 90837 (ongoing visits)

**Please be aware that not all insurance plans cover virtual appointments (sometimes called “telehealth” or “telemedicine”). This would be important to ask your insurance company when/if you call them.

Rates

• $160 for 55-minute sessions

• $260 for initial 90-minute session

• Check, cash, and debit/credit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Payment is due at the time of service
